Why Won't Most Realtors Show FSBOs - For Sale By Owners

There are many reasons and none of them are Reasonable.

Many Realtors won't show your For Sale by Owner because it is NOT listed with one of them.... if you were at one time that Realtors told others Negative Things about your Property and they steer clear. Realtors Control the market, they are a Real Estate Cartel and if you don't play with them they Keep you out of the Game.

Another Excuse I have heard is there is No guarantee of getting Paid. WHAT?
All they have to do is Submit a Commission agreement with the Offer and It all goes to the Title Company and the Realtor's Company gets PAID out of the Settlement, so that Excuse is NOT accurate.

Though many Realtor actually believe there is no way to get PAID if they Sell a Real Estate Listing of mine, because I am a Non-MLS Real Estate Broker. They believe that if your not in the MLS there is no Guaranteed Paycheck, what they don't understand is the listing agent has to agree, the listing agent tells the title company what the commission is and the Selling Realtor Gets what the Listing Realtor Says they get.

And if the don't pay then they go to Arbitration and the games that happen behind closed odors at your Local Realtor Association.

It is a MYTH that if You Sell on of My Listings or a For Sale by Owner that you Won't get PAID. Realtors Spread the Myth because they want you in their CLUB.

Attention Realtors: if you SELL a FSBO or a Real Estate Listing that is from a NON-NAR Crony - ALL you have to do is Submit a Commission Agreement with it that says How much you Get and have ALL parties Sign it.... Deal is DONE... DO NOT avoid Selling them because some OTHER Realtor TOLD you that you Will NOT get Paid...

It Really is Simple Sellers, Buyers are looking for What you Have, and if the Realtors Lie to them about Defects or other issues, Neighbors or steer them for any Reason there is not alot you can do about it - though it Violates Anti-Trust Laws, and is VERY bad for the Real Estate Consumer it is a Game No One Cares about. So just Sell as a FSBO and ignore the Game Players....
