Sellers Can't Tell Buyers All they KNOW - they Simply Can't

You have to pretty much accept that your going to get screwed in your real estate transaction. The Seller cannot tell you every little thing about the home, the property, the area, the neighbors or they would never sell. It is your job to find these things out as a buyer.

A Seller wants to Sell and in this market may even really NEED to sell, so you had better do your own investigations or hire.. and PAY a real estate consultant that won't push you either way but instead just tell you the facts. See if a Real Estate Consultant gets paid either way there is no incentive to lie. Well yes pay offs and such.. but there is far less room for fraud and lies then in the current system...
